We are proud to bring Gina Le Faux to the Hartlepool stage once again this year. An accomplished fiddler, luthier, singer and songwriter (and that’s really just the start of her talents), Gina will perform at the festival as well as reprising 2017’s In My Life, in which she’ll be interviewed about her incredible journey.

Gina is a Trans pioneer. She navigated the challenges of being outed in the British tabloids, of continuing her folk career post-transition, and has ridden out the decades-long struggle for Trans equality while being unapologetically herself. In 2025, as Trans rights are under threat once again, there is no better time to revisit her fascinating story.
