folkies on film

Join Festival co-Director Jonny Mohun for a rummage through the underwear drawer of TV and film, as we forage for the furtive folkies lurking in the dusty corners. A follow-up to the version made for our online festival in 2021, this new collection of obscure clips features legendary folk performers popping up in the most unexpected places. There will be the odd surprise live guest, as well as a Q&A with Jonny afterwards about the source material and his research.
